The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid are generally non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are welcome to drop off their luggage earlier if needed. To ensure a smooth arrival, we also offer online guest registration prior to check-in.

Mas Bou does not have air conditioning. As a traditional Catalan estate with exceptionally thick stone walls, the villa naturally maintains a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. In addition, every bedroom is equipped with a fan, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the warmest summer months.

To preserve the peaceful character of the estate, parties and events are not permitted. The villa may only be occupied by the guests included in the reservation, and outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and its surroundings throughout their stay.
